1. Who you are dealing with

By using this site or buying the Fix Plan you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not complete the purchase.

2. The products

We offer two things. First, a free website audit report: an automated scan of a website you provide, showing scores and findings across performance, SEO, accessibility and other checks. Second, the Fix Plan: a paid digital product generated automatically by software and artificial intelligence from an automated scan of the buyer's website, with no manual audit or human review of the specific site performed before delivery.

Because the Fix Plan is produced by software and AI rather than commissioned by hand, it reflects what our automated scan detected at the moment it ran. It is guidance for improving the audited website, not a professional audit, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of any outcome.

3. What the Fix Plan includes — and what it does not

The Fix Plan includes:

• A written remediation plan describing the issues found and the recommended fixes, in priority order
• Generated files intended to help implement the fixes (for example corrected code snippets or configuration suggestions, where applicable to the site)
• A developer brief: a technical summary a developer or agency can work from

The Fix Plan does not include:

• Implementation of any fix on the buyer's website
• Ongoing support, follow-up scans or unlimited questions after delivery
• Any change made directly to the buyer's hosting, content management system, DNS or server configuration

Turning the plan into changes on the live website is the buyer's responsibility, or that of a developer the buyer engages — including us, separately, if the buyer chooses to hire us for implementation.

4. Price and payment

The Fix Plan costs ₪99, including VAT. Prices shown on this site are always VAT-inclusive. Payment is made by credit card through SUMIT (sumit.co.il), an independent payment processor: SUMIT processes the charge and issues the official tax invoice automatically, in our name, to the email address you provide at checkout.

We may change the price for future purchases at any time. The price displayed to you at the moment of purchase is the price you are charged; a later price change does not affect a purchase already made.

5. Delivery

The Fix Plan is generated automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. It is delivered by email as a private, signed link to the plan. If generation is delayed for any reason, the payment stands and the plan is delivered as soon as it is ready — you do not need to pay again or take any further action.

6. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Fix Plan you bought, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us by email (aelgani.mhmd@gmail.com), WhatsApp or phone (052-444-6528) with the order details. The refund is returned to the original payment method through SUMIT, and a credit invoice is issued to match the original tax invoice.

7. Credit against future implementation work

If you later engage Dr. Digital to implement the fixes described in your plan, the ₪99 fee you already paid for that plan is credited in full against the price of that implementation work.

8. Limits on what the plan can promise

The Fix Plan is guidance, produced automatically from a scan, and is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how and whether the recommendations are implemented, changes made by search engines and browsers, and the state of the buyer's website at any given time.

Before making any of the suggested changes, back up your website. Some recommendations touch code, configuration or server settings; a competent developer should review and test such changes before they go live on a production site.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the sale or use of a Fix Plan is limited to the amount actually paid for that plan.

9. Your obligations as a buyer

• You may only request an audit or a Fix Plan for a website you own, or for which you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
• The Fix Plan is for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute it, in whole or in part, to a third party.

10. Intellectual property

The report, the plan, the generated files and their wording, structure and formatting are the intellectual property of Dr. Digital. Buying a Fix Plan gives you a licence to use it for the audited website; it does not transfer ownership of the plan itself.

11. Privacy

What personal data we collect when you use the audit tool or buy a Fix Plan, and how it is handled, is described in full in our privacy policy at /privacy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties will be brought before the competent court in the district of the buyer's or the seller's place of residence, as applicable under Israeli law.
